Inclusion criteria: 1.patient who diagnosed appendicitis and underwent appendectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient who had additional procedure except appendectomy 2.intra-op finding was normal appendix 3.patient who deny recruitment to research 4. pregnany 5. generalized peritonitis
