60 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - healthy elderly volunteers - can walk independently with and without walking aids - good communication - good cognitive function (MMSE > 22 points)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -any neurological problems -any musculoskeletal problems which could have and effect on balance -visual problems that cannot be correct by lenses -vestibular disorder -having fall history within ุ6 months before training
