Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for posterior lumbar spine fusion for 2 to 4 levels 2. Low to moderate risk for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Lactating 3. Previous lumbar spinal surgery 4. Allergic to drugs used in the study 5. History of peptic ulcer 6. Chronic kidney disease 7. Liver cirrhosis
