Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai dentist who are currently practice in Thailand and providing general dental procedures such as oral examination and cleaning. Those dentist had registered Thai dental council during 2000-2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thai dentists who cannot read and understand Thai or unable to answer in google form
