Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of CKD stage 3-5 2.Considering to create brachiocephalic part 3.Having 2.0 and 2.5 mm of selected artery and vein diameters, respectively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous creation of AVF at a distal part of the same side that will be expected to create 2.Artery disease e.g. peripheral artery disease, atherosclerosis, and central venous occlusive disease 3.Musculoskeletal conditions e.g. myopathy and rheumatoid 4.Neurological conditions e.g. stroke, peripheral neuropathy, and radiculopathy 5.History of injury which involves hand function at the fistula limb 6.Unable to understand Thai language

MeasureTime frame
Clinical and ultrasonographic maturation rates, growth rate of vein, and blood flow rate 10 weeks palpation method for clinical maturation, ultrasound device used for the others

AVF maturation time 10 weeks This outcome will be collected if participants' AVF are matured
