Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: for knee OA group 1. Age between 60 to 74 years 2. Able to communicate and follow command 3. Able to stand independently without assistance 4. Have unilateral or bilateral knee OA diagnosed by ACR criteria for knee osteoarthritis 5. Have mild to moderate severity of knee OA defined by index of severity for knee OA (1-7 scores) for non OA group 1. Age between 60 to 74 years 2. Able to communicate and follow command 3. Able to stand independently without assistance 4. Normal findings of physical examination for both knees
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological problems which affect sensory, motor, or cognitive function 2. Sensory neuropathy of lower extremity caused by diabetes mellitus 3. Visual problems which cannot be corrected by glasses or contact lens 4. Vertigo or dizziness in participating day 5. History of auditory or vestibular diseases 6. Kyphosis or scoliosis of spine 7. History of lower extremity joint replacement 8. History of lower extremity or spine surgery or fracture 9. History of fall within 12 months prior testing 10. Lower extremity amputation 11. Taking alcohol or medicine that effect on the cognitive or balance performance within 24 hours prior testing
