Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The volunteers should be between 30 to 74 years-old and physically inactive in the last 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: dyslipidemias of genetic origin previous cardiovascular disease clinical manifestations of atherosclerosis.
