Interventions

clinical efficacies and extraction wound injury levels by measuring prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) levels in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) between IPI and IANB techniques in mandibular premolar extraction.

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -healthy patient -bilateral mandibular premolar were indicated to extract prior the orthodontic treatment -the premolar and periodontium must be absent from pathologies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -contraindication for local anesthesia -currently taking analgesic and psychiatric drug before the experiment -inability to self-pain assessment -severe dental anxiety -no history of received any treatment with local anesthesia -the moderate to severe crowding premolar as well as complicated root figure shown from radiograph
