Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patient who were indicated for cystoscopy. All patients were thoroughly explained informed and committed to participating in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of UTI with in a month 2. taken antibiotics 2 weeks before cystoscopy 3. An allergy to quinolones 4. Comobidities in which prophylactic antibioties were required.
