Conditions

Patients with thyroid nodule that need surgery for treatment thyroid nodule thyroidectomy intraoperative nerve monitoring operative time recurrent laryngeal nerve

Interventions

In the present&#44
the gold standard method for prevent recurrent laryngeal nerve injury during thyroid operation is find the nerve and confirm by visualisation alone and meticulous dissection.,intraoperative nerve moni
aid in nerve dissection and show the prognosis function of the nerve. The meta analysis showed that ionm decreased the rate of transient RLN injury but the rate of permanent injury still inconclusive.
