18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age 18-60 - Diagnosed psoriasis by clinical or histopathology with scalp involvement - lesion of scalp psoriasis at least 16 cm2 area both side of scalp - all participants are informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - There are other scalp conditions - Pregnancy or lactation - Botulinum toxin A, human albumin of lactose allergy - There is medical condition eg. myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis - Tendency to bleeding - Currently use aminoglycosides
