Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: over 65 2. Able to communicate in the Chinese and Taiwanese, accept interviewers 3. can walk and have no mobility disorders 4. without mental dysfunction,SPMSQ >8 5. Barthal index> 91
