1 Months to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients 1 month to 15 years old who were admitted to the PICU, intubated, and received sedative medication for at least 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with neurological disease because the level of sedation can not be assessed by the COMFORT B scale, patients who received neuromuscular blockage medication and needed a very deep sedation level for treatment as in cases of pulmonary hypertensive crisis
