Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with dyslipidemia and receive moderate intensity statins at least 6 months and lipid profiles varied below 30 percents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients receive other lipid lowering agents patients take other supplements patients with severe underlying disease - end stage renal disease, heart disease, immunocompromised, COPD and cerebrovascular accident patients with abnormal liver enzyme exceed 3 times patients with TG over 500 mg/dL patients with LDL over 190 mg/dL patients with extremely high cholesterol such as familial hypercholesterolemia pregnancy or breast-feeding suspected allergy to coconut oil
