Dental pulp stem cells which extract from impacted tooth were cultured 14 days as control group. ,Osteoblasts which differentiated from dental pulp stem cells. Cultured in osteogenic medium for 14 day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The non-pathological third molars removed from healthy adult subjects (N=13) who seek treatment for impacted third molars at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University will be used. After the consents for this study are signed, the dental pulp tissue will then be isolated in sterile condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient whose third molars have pathology 2.Patient whose third molars are needed to odontectomy
