Conditions

Autism patients must be diagnosed and classified the severity of each participants according to The Childhood Autism Rating scale (CARS) by a psychiatrist and will be mild to moderate autism. 1.Autism 2.Visual pedagogy 3.Tooth brushing 4. oral examination

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASD patients aged 4-18 years old who were diagnosed with mild or moderate autism by a psychiatrist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASD patients with physical disabilities or severe psychiatric comorbidities.

The association percentage of each sensory sensitivity factors and toothbrushing cooperation in ASD at first visit Sensation score, tooth brushing behaviors ,The number of patients who improve behavior at denal visit and toothbrushing after using pedagogy at 2wk, 4wk every 3 mouth after using pedagogy until 1 year tooth brushing skill, plaque index, Frankl scale
