Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-60 years old 2. descendants of Thai for at least 3 generations 3. healthy Thai volunteers according to the questionnaire about the state of health and the screening check list as in the flow chart for inclusion of the subjects 4. normal result of the screening for anxiety and depression using Thai HADS 5. normal QST results

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal results of the questionnaire about the state of health 2. Abnormal results of the screening check list 3. Abnormal results of the screening for anxiety and depression 4. Abnormal QST results with abnormal results of extensive neurological examination including large and small fiber function 5. Pregnant women
