Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women age 45 - 65 years old women who has been amenorrhea at least 12 months willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women who need caretaker women who cannot walk women who cannot measure hand grip strength History of chronic diseases such as; renal failure, stroke, lung disease, heart failure, cancer History of thyroid disease History of myopathy History of abnormal parathyroid function history of bone or joint surgery within 2 years History of hospitalization at least 7 days within 3 months Women who has taken vitamin D supplement within 12 months History of steroid use within 3 months Women who has metal devices in the body
