18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient ASA class 1 or II who undergo elective Head neck breast surgery and gynecological surgery which surgery not affect to volume and gastric content 2 Age 18 80 years old 3 NPO as Preoperative Fasting guideline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 BMI 30kg m2 2 Any digestive disorder such as dyspepsia or Gastroesophageal reflux disease 3 Underlying disease DM ESRD 4 Ascites 5 Usual taking H2 blocker or proton pump inhibitor 6 Neuromuscular disorder 7 History of stroke both Infarction and hemorrhage 8 Muscular dystrophy for example CP Cranial neuropathies 9 Unable to perform visual analogue scale 10 Unexpected rapid sequence induction technique
