Age
35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who stop having period for 12 months due to natural or other causes of decreasing of sex hormone, age between 35- 80 years 2. Never use any hormonal supplement in 6 months before joining the study 3. Woman who can lie down in lithotomy position for at least 5 minute 4. Woman who has pelvic organ prolapse stage III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Woman who has severe vaginal infection 2. Woman who has hyperkeratosis of vaginal mucosa
