Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cardiac surgery patients with median sternotomy attending phase II cardiac rehabilitation program in Phramongkutklao hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic lung disease inability to walk cognitive and communication problems unstable patients following the American college of Sport Medicine (ACSM) criteria of contraindication of cardiac rehabilitation and exercise testing
