Interventions

Inspiratory Muscle Training was performed with a NU_spiroBreathe device with a load of 10 cmH2O. Patients were asked to perform inspiratory Muscle Training for 3 sets of 10 repititions&#44
for 8 weeks.,Participants did not receive any respiratory muscle training of breathing exercise programs

20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.willing to participate in the study 2.were not underlying disease in respiratory system or conditions that were the contraindication of respiratory muscle assessment or respiratory muscle training 3.able to participate in the training and to learn the procedure 4.Body mass index in normal range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to communicate In the process of medications treatment or medical treatments Unable to participate in the study complete Moderate physical activity > 150 minutes per week or heavy physical activity > 75 minutes per week
