Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be male or female, aged 7 years and above, who have provided written informed consent +/- assent, and who belong to one of the following three groups: Group 1. 1a. Women or children who participated in the EXIST or START studies (including participants in EXIST’s control group) 1b. their spouse/partners, parents/guardians and/or their family members/key supporters. Group 2. Researchers, study administrators/coordinators and frontline healthcare workers who have been involved in the above studies, and members of the Ethics Committees (EC) in Chiang Rai. Group 3. Stakeholders in communities where group 1 participants live or come from, and other community members. Our potential key stakeholders include community leaders, primary healthcare unit directors and health volunteers, boarding school teachers, community and non-governmental organisations.
