Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age ≥ 60 years old, no kidney diseases, ability to communicate, and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart diseases, cognitive impairments, taking any medication, and ankle joint pain.
