Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II group, aged between 20 and 80 years, who will be operated under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: scheduled for a planned laparoscopic surgery who currently have a pulmonary disease&#44; airway abnormality&#44; pre&#45;surgical aphonia&#44; obesity (BMI >35 kg/m2)&#44; gastric reflux&#44; suspected for difficult tracheal intubation (Mallampati score >2&#44; mouth opening < 2.5 cm&#44; cervical vertebra pathology&#44; sternomental distance < 12.5 cm) will be excluded.
