Patient will receive sevelamer carbonate (Renvela®) 800 mg/tablet 1 tablet po tid with meal for 6 months,Patient will receive calcium carbonate 1000 mg/tablet 1 tablet po tid with meal for 6 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age 18 years old or older. 2. Non-dialysis patients who have eGFR 5.0 mg/dL).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing or previous treatment with a phosphate binder within the last 1 month. 2. Recently adjust doses of vitamin D analogue within 3 months. 3. Patients with serum calcium more than 10.2 mg/dL. 4. Pregnancy 5. Patients who are unable to attend follow-up appointments.
