The mobilization technique will be applied as 2-
minute repetitions directly to identify symptomatic spinal level obtained from the assessment procedure. The participants in the rotation mobilization group will be treated using the lumbar rotation m

Eligibility

Age
20 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged between 20-55 years old, (2) unilateral symptom of NSLBP5 at rest more than 25 on a 0-100 mm visual analog scale (VAS), (3) no radicular symptoms in the lower limbs, (4) have not been taking any medications inclusion NSAIDs, muscle relaxant and pain relief in treatment day (within 24 hours), (5) no history of trauma or fracture of lumbar spine, and spine surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) have any contraindications to mobilization such as malignancy, disease of spinal cord and/or cauda equine, or infectious disease known as specific LBP, (2) continue taking medication form medical orders
