Interventions

Liquid phase of platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is mixed with autologous bone harvested from iliac crest&#44
and then grafted in the cleft of alveolus. PRF membrane was used to cover the grafted area.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who need alveolar cleft repair by bone grafting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: alveolar cleft patients who deny the participation
