Liquid phase of platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is mixed with autologous bone harvested from iliac crest,
and then grafted in the cleft of alveolus. PRF membrane was used to cover the grafted area.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients who need alveolar cleft repair by bone grafting
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: alveolar cleft patients who deny the participation
