20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have chronic low back pain lasting more than three months 2. Have aged between 20-39 years with normal BMI (18.5 – 25 kg/m2). 3. Have a sitting time at least continually 2 hours on a working day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have previous spinal surgery or injury of spinal column such as fracture, dislocation, subluxation in any part of their spine. 2. Have been diagnosed with lumbar herniated disc 3. Have been diagnosed with medical condition or deformity that involved spinal structure; scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis and tuberculosis. 4. Have currently on medications concerned watering imbibitions of intervertebral disc mechanism such as steroidal, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug or prostaglandin inhibitors drug during 24 hr before measurement. 5. Have currently on dyspnea or other respiratory disease that affected breathing control of them or easily coughing such as cold and asthma. 6. Have nerve root compression, central nervous system impairment, progressive motor deficit, sphincter impairment from neurologic cause and presence of “red flags” (e.g. unexplained weight loss, recent urinary tract infection, history of intravenous drug use). 7. Have pregnancy (if females).
