Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 40~70 Pain≥3 Diagnosis of KOA Able to descend stairs independently at least 9 stairs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Surgical history of the lower extremities Other neurological diseases that would interfere with stair descent, like stroke and Parkinson's Disease Other autoimmune disease that would interfere with stair descent, like Multiple sclerosis and Rheumatoid arthritis Unable to complete the 6-week treatment
