Interventions

stop morphine and switch to Methadone in one day, switch from morphine to Methadone within 3 days by replacing 1/3 dose of morphine with Methadone each day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cancer pain patients moderate to severe pain MME more than 40 mg age more than 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non cancer patients vital sign unstability communication problem patients don't know the cancer diagnosis
