Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accept for study 2. Age >18 years 3. Diagnosis rotator cuff tear (MRI or U/S) 4. Fail conservative 4-6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Operation longer than 4 hrs 2. Bleeding disorder 3. Can't perform rehability protocol 4. Can't perform information sheet
