Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gynecologic patients undergoing exploratomy laparotomy with spinal anesthesia such as total abdominal hysterectomy, salpingo-oophorectomy. Patients is not diagnostic cancer. 2. Age from 18-65 years 3. ASA class I-II 4. Elective surgical case 5. In gynecologic patients receive spinal block alone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients history of lung disease 2. Patients history of any cardiovascular disease&#44;End Stage Renal Disease 3. Smoking 4.Non pregnancy 5.BMI < 30 6.History of cardiovascular surgery&#44;abdominal surgery&#44; 7. History of abnormal chest wall &#44;Scoliosis&#44;Kyphosis 8. History of Anti&#45;psychotic drug&#44; Regular sedative drug use
