Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Hemifacial spasm, Blepharospasm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of allergic reaction to BoNT-A, patients with generalized muscle weakness, and patients with clinically suspected of eyelid opening apraxia or facial synkinesis
