Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.metastatic breast cancer, ER+ve,Her2 -ve 2.postmenopausal state 3.measurable lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.progression of cancer during adjuvant aromatase inhibitor or less than 1 year after completion of such treatment 2.contraindication for treatment with palbociclib
