40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma at Songklanagarind hospital. 2. Patients age range 40&#45;80 yrs. 3. Patients have reliable visual field : can perform visual field 4. Visual significant cataract depend on &#45; Best corrected visual acuity oMild visual impairment (20/60&#45; <20/200) &#45; Type of cataract : Nuclear cataract&#44; Posterior subcapsular cataract&#44; Cortical cataract 5. Can give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of previous intraocular surgery. 2. Patients with underlying ocular disease effect visual field e.g. 2.1 Retina disease 2.2 Uveitis 2.3 Optic neuropathy 2.4 Severe dry eye 3. Severe visual impairment (BCVA ≥ 20/200) effect VF test 4. Patients with postoperative complication e.g. 4.1 Post&#45;operative endophthalmitis 4.2 Expulsive suprachoroidal hemorrhage 4.3 Bullous keratopathy 4.4 Cystoid macular edema 4.5 Retinal detachment 4.6 IOL dislocation 5. Can&#39;t perform VF test
