Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing cardiac surgery ASA physical status I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) drug allergy 2) Preoperative LVEF ≤ 30% 3) BMI ≥ 35 km/m 2 4) Preoperative mean arterial pressure 1.5 mg/dl in female and 2 mg/dl in male) 7) Active liver disease 8) history or active cerebrovascular and neurological disease 9) psychologic problems
