Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 65 years or older 2 Mini Mental State Examination score MMSE score 24 3 Match one or two components according to Fried frailty criteria 4 Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Unstable physical condition 2 Participants who have neurological psychiatry illness or diagnosis learning disability can t take part in the experiment group
