Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adductor spasmodic dysphonia patient eligible in the Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy mental illness others vocal fold disease botulinum toxin allergy coagulation disorders terminal illness

fundamental frequency 0,1 month and 3 month acoustic analysis
