Inclusion criteria: Age < 80 years&#44; ASA 1&#45;3&#44; BMI <35 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe respiratory disease (COPD&#44; asthma&#44; obstructive airway&#44; severe bronchitis&#44; Coronary artery disease&#44; End stage renal disease
