18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria was female patient with primary breast cancer who underwent ALND.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were patient who planned to breast reconstruction surgery, previous axillary surgery, pre-operative difficulties of arm movement or neuropathy at upper arm, intraoperatively cannot identified ICBN or tumor invaded ICBN, inability to consent to the study.

Upper arm sensation 2 weeks and 3 months postoperative questionare, physical examination (light touch by cotton ball, pin prick by monofilament)
