Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria was female patient with primary breast cancer who underwent ALND.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were patient who planned to breast reconstruction surgery, previous axillary surgery, pre-operative difficulties of arm movement or neuropathy at upper arm, intraoperatively cannot identified ICBN or tumor invaded ICBN, inability to consent to the study.
