Inclusion criteria: Participants who have schedule for upper eyelid surgery Age over 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous eyelid surgery Numbness at the face History of orbital fracture Take oral analgesic drug within 6 hours before surgery History of allergy to EMLA cream Unable to talk Chronic pain at face and periorbital area
