Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Child 0-to 3-year-old who get vaccinated at Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) 2.Healthy 3.Primary caregiver can communicate in Thai and answer the questions in the interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No tooth eruption at the follow up visit 2. Dental examination can not be done due to child's behavior 3. Primary care givers do not show up at the follow up visit
