18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood lead level equal to or above 70 mcg/dl Occupational lead exposure for more than 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Viral hepatitis B or C Autoimmune hepatitis Wilson disease Hemochromatosis Significant alcohol consumption Diabetes Triglyceride level >200 mg/dL Waist circumference > 102 cm in men and > 88 cm in women Symptoms of acute lead poisoning Prior lead chelation therapy
