Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in reproductive age with regular menstrual period and serum FSH 25 mIU/mL. Year since menopause 1-10 years Women with both ovaries are removed willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cancer Use menopausal hormone therapy or hormonal contraception in past 6 months History of DM, Hypertension, osteoporosis or autoimmune diseases Smoker History of chemotherapy or radiation
