Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who diagnosed with unilateral or bilateral limbal stem cell deficiency from several causes eg. Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Chemical burn, chronic inflammation, multiple surgery, Long term topical drugs usage or idiopathic. 2. Patient who underwent cultivated oral mucosal epithelial transplantation (COMET) at least for 3 years, including patient who underwent Penetrating keratoplasty after COMET 3. Patients with total or partial limbal stem cell deficiency in the eye that underwent COMET 4. Preoperative impression cytology results showed that the patient had limbal stem cell deficiency
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient age under 18 years old 2. Patient who had HIV infection 3. Patient who was diagnosed with active ocular infection 4. Patient with uncontrolled glaucoma 5. Pregnant patient 6. Patient who not willing to follow up 7. Patient who are not cooperate in treatment, either from psychological or physical problems
