Interventions

Healthy heart exercise is a type of aerobic exercise with music. It will be performed 3 times/week for eight weeks. Walking exercise is walking on the participants own pace 30 minutes/day when they do
7 days/ week for eight weeks.

Eligibility

Sex/Gender

Age
45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who have had undergone revascularization (PCI and CABG). 2. Have stable condition for at least 4 weeks 3. Ejection fraction (EF) at rest > 50% 4. Uncomplicated MI or revascularization procedure 5. Uncomplicated ventricular arrhythmias at rest 6. Absence of congestive heart failure (CHF) 7. Absence of signs or symptoms of post-event/ post-procedure ischemia 7. Absence of clinical depression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High risk group patients according to American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR&#44; 2004) criteria such as: rest ejection fraction <40%&#44; history of cardiac arrest or sudden death&#44; complex dysrhythmias at rest&#44; etc. 2. Patients who are contra indicated for exercise testing and training 3. Any systemic&#44; orthopedic or neurological conditions that restrict participating in aerobic exercise 4. High risk for developing sternal complications.
