Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemiplegic stroke patients 2. First time supratentorial stroke (ischemic or hemorrhage) confirmed with CT scan or MRI 3. Age 20-79 years 4. Stroke onset 2 weeks - 6 months 5. Unable to stand or walk without gait aid (FAC ≤ 3) 6. Fair to good static and dynamic sitting balance 7. Brunnstrom stage of lower extremities score ≤ 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable cardiovascular or respiratory condition 2. Unstable vital sign or uncontrolled blood pressure (SBP ≥ 180, DBP ≥ 110) 3. History of orthopedic or neurological disease that effect gait function 4. Visual or auditory impairment 5. Poor cognitive function (TMSE ≤ 23) 6. Global aphasia 7. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) ≥ 3 8. Severe neglect
