Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteer 2. No underlying disease 3. No current medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol drinking and cigarette smoking in 2 weeks 2. Illness in 2 week 3. Metabolic syndrome (waist > 80 cm in female and > 90 cm in male) 4. BMI more than or equal 25 kg/m2 5. Fasting plasma glucose more than 100 mg/dL 6. Blood pressure more than 130/85 mmHg
