Patient will be injected Ondansetron 4 mg and Dexamethasone 10 mg before propofol injection,Patient will be injected Lidocaine 40 mg before propofol injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients ASA physical status I - III 2. Age group between 20 and 60 years old 3. Undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of 5-HT3 antagonist hypersensitivity 2. History of Propofol, egg and soybean hypersensitivity 3. Infected patient 4. History of lipid metabolism disorder 5. Chronic pain/analgesic received
